Participants: Selected first year medical-engineering students Program: this program happens in two stages where in the first part the participants will be going through a spiritual retreat followed by a mission visit. Count: 10-15

Participants: Potential young campus leaders (preferably 2nd and 3rd years of medical and engineering campuses.) Program: An elite program organised by all kerala MEST team for bringing the potential young campus leaders.This program is characterised by its unique way of content delivery in language of engineering and doctors.
